Regrowth restores HP over time, 1 HP a second, as long as the target remains unhit. When the target takes damage, Regrowth ends.
Regrowth is largely useless, due to the fact it instantly wears off when the target takes damage. That aside, the rate of regeneration is far too slow to make much difference. The normal healing formulas the player has are far superior.
