Dragoyles are enemies found late in Gothica. They are the stronger variant of Gargons, having higher attack.
Strategy[]
Dragoyles fly back and forth in the air, then swoop down to attack and retreat, similar to the Bone Buzzards of Antiqua. They are vulnerable to alchemy, but charged attacks work well too.
Player improvement[]
The Dragoyle gives a decent amount of money and experience. However, compared to the Skullclaws that also appear in Gothica, the difficulty in navigating Gomi Tower makes them an inferior choice for level grinding.
Etymology[]
The Dragoyle's name is a combination of "dragon" and "gargoyle."
Trivia[]
- In the North American release of the game, the Dragoyle is called "Dragoil." The name was changed to "Dragoyle" in the later Australian and European release.
